Session and Price

The price of a general hypnosis session is 75 euros and the session takes one hour.

Sessions are booked at a two to three-weeks distance from each other in order for the work to continue to process in the background and give you time to notice the changes.

Hypnotherapy is in keeping with brief therapy approaches that recommend 10 to 20 sessions in order to reach the desired goal, which breaks with most traditional therapies that often require several years.

In general, most people will go through 6 to 10 sessions to make the lasting changes they are looking for. And each session comes with its own inherent benefits.

Between each session, you can gage your progress and reflect on whether additional sessions are required, as well as their frequency.
